Family asks coroner to reopen investigation of woman found dead on floor of Montreal hospital ER
 

86 year-old Candida Macarine was found dead \on the floor of her room in the ER at Montreal's Lakeshore General Hospital a year and a half ago. Her family says a coroners investigation 'inexplicably failed' to examine the case in a thorough manner, and now they're asking the coroner to reopen the file.
