Months-long delays at Ontario tribunal crushing some small landlords under debt from unpaid rent
 

A landlord trying to evict a tenant who allegedly used fraudulent documents to rent a unit in her Mississauga, Ont., home says she's been told the wait time to get a notice for a hearing date at Ontario's Landlord and Tenant Board is between eight and 10 months. Landlord and tenant advocates say her situation is not uncommon.
