Canada's Laurent Dubreuil and Antoine Gélinas-Beaulieu finished second and third respectively in the men's 1,000 metres Sunday at a speedskating World Cup. Ottawa's Ivanie Blondin, meanwhile, was stripped of her third-place finish.
