Walmart's plastic bag ban leaves some customers saddled with mounds of reusable bags
 

The federal government will start phasing out single-use plastic shopping bags in Canada on Tuesday. Walmart has already banned them, and some customers say they're encountering a new environmental problem: too many reusable bags.
