Large rockfall found on Snowpatch Spire in southeast B.C. will change park forever: climber
 

Snowpatch Spire, at more than 3,000 metres tall, is considered the centrepiece of the Bugaboos mountain range and is a well-known granite alpine climbing area. Climbers say they were dismayed to learn of a recent rockfall on the peak.
