Canada's central bank is widely expected to raise its benchmark interest rate for the 8th time in a year this week, a move that will make it even more expensive to borrow money. But for the first time in almost a year, there isn't unanimous consensus*among those who watch the central bank that another hike is in the cards — or even that one should be.
