Does Telus technicians help clearing up network panel?
 

My network panel (2nd floor of house) is currently occupied with a bunch of old school security hardwire security alarm system. I do have ethernet ports in different rooms but can't use them due to this alarm system.

I wish to remove all the old alarm system so I can hopefully put my Telus T3200M modem there and make use of those ethernet ports. Is this a job i can ask Telus technicians to help out with (pay whatever charge they cost) or hire an independent electrian for this job?
