Utility Box Wraps - Surrey

I would like to get some information about wrapping utility boxes.

The boxes are located on 128th and 28th Avenue in Surrey.

I want to double check if in fact all 3 belong to Telus.
If so, what is the next step to proceed with wrapping these? It would be great to connect with someone regarding this!
