Poor service
Telus have offered a good monthly plan to me over the phone. As, I switched over I keep getting higher bills. Most recent bill I got $237 and some change. I have called 4 times already and soent hours with reps over the phone. Now, I wanted to escalate this issue at higher level. Is there any email where I can initiate this complaint in written so they and myself both have a record.
