communicating with telus
today I have spent over 4 hours trying to communicate with Telus in order to order voice mail. Which I believe is nearly impossible. When I use chat line I get responses that have nothing to do with my requirements. When I get the robot and it asks me to press button 1 on my phone to speak with an agent, the robot tells me it cannot hear my response. It just happened again and they could not hear button 1 and hung up on me. What is wrong with these idiots? Shaw was never this bad!!
