Poor service
 

This is not a new topic but I am really sick of my poor internet connectivity and the repeated run around and pat condescending responses to concerns. I can't afford to wait 2 hours every time I call them, get repeatedly disconnected or not have my issues resolved. I pay good money for their 'stellar' service but apparently they don't actually have to deliver it.

Is there anywhere you can lodge a complaint other than calling them .......hahahahaha....yah like that'll work.
