After I fought for a long time to get my Printer to work with Telus I gave up and cancelled my service.
I spent over an hour with a Telus Tech hooked up to my phone doing a video call and still got nowhere. I learned more about why my Printer didn't work on these Forums than I did from Telus. Shaw is the way to go. I still had Shaw Internet so I reconnected my Printer to Shaw with a Lan Cable. 30 seconds later I was able to print. I always connect my Printer to the Router with a cable because a wireless Printer connection NEVER works well. Forget all the BS it takes to get a Printer to work on Telus and try a different Internet service.
