We need to schedule a technician to fix our land-line
 

Our land-line has stopped working and since we are retired people and don't have a cell phone (no way other than this to book an appointment), I'm hoping we can schedule a technician to fix our issue.

Our address is 310 Marlborough Way N.E. in Calgary Alberta. There is always someone here - no need to book an appointment first.
