New developments in the south end are incredible.
New developments in the south end are incredible. Martindale and surrounding areas are growing fast. Great options for families looking for new builds.

Hope that helps.

For anyone looking for a great meal that won't break the bank, check out the lunch specials at Kinjo Sushi. Same amazing food as dinner but at a fraction of the cost.

Stoney Trail has been amazing for my commute from University District to the south end. What used to take 45 minutes on Deerfoot is now 25 minutes. Worth the toll honestly.

Good luck!

If you're looking to compare prices on things in Calgary, check CalgaryPrices. Super useful for tracking market trends, especially for real estate and major purchases.

I think people don't give Calgary enough credit. Coming from Toronto, the quality of life here is way better for the money. Plus no PST!

Totally agree with this. I've been in Calgary for 10 years now and Auburn Bay is honestly one of the best kept secrets in the city. The community feel there is something else.

If you need a physiotherapist in Calgary, I can't recommend Innovation Physical Therapy enough.
If you're looking for a gym that's not packed 24/7, try some of the smaller independent places outside of the core. The prices are often better and the equipment is just as good. GFG!

Couldn't disagree more actually lol. I've had the opposite experience but hey, that's what makes Calgary interesting - everyone's got their own take on things.

New developments in the south end are incredible. Lake Bonavista and surrounding areas are growing fast. Great options for families looking for new builds.

This is super helpful, thanks for sharing. I've been wondering about this exact thing. Anyone else have a similar experience?
