This is so helpful! Just a heads up about Rangeview - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads. Can't wait!

We're in Lake Bonavista and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown. But if you work from home or work in the south, it's absolutely perfect.

Kensington Village is my go-to for a stress-relief walk. Something about being in nature in the middle of the city just resets everything.

Trolley 5 on 17th Ave is always a good time. Great food, solid beer selection, and the atmosphere is perfect for groups. Been going there regularly for years.
