So basically, i looked at both Ranchlands and Dover before settling on Charleswood. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.

Been in Signal Hill for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.
