Rent in Falconridge has gone up about 10% this year. If you're renewing a lease, know your rights under Alberta tenancy law. Landlords have to give proper notice for increases.

Our electricity bill this winter was shocking. If you haven't already, look into the regulated rate vs. fixed rate contracts. Can make a big difference depending on your usage.
