Just bought in Beddington and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves. haha

For brunch, nothing beats Canteen. The lineup can be long on weekends but the food is worth every minute of waiting. Their eggs benedict is legendary.
