For anyone dealing with seasonal depression in Calgary - the winter can be tough despite the sunshine. Light therapy lamps are a game changer. Got mine on Amazon and it's helped enormously.

Curious to know what others think.

Respectfully disagree here. alberta Health Services wait times can be long but the quality of care in Calgary hospitals is actually really good. I've had great experiences at Foothills and South Health Campus.
