I looked at both Dover and Scenic Acres before settling on Legacy. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.

If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Thanks everyone! We moved from Signal Hill to Mission last year and it was the best decision. Quieter, more green space, and our property taxes are actually lower. :D

Hamptons is a great choice! We've been here for 6 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active.
