The sense of community in Beddington is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.

We're in Cougar Ridge and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown.
Been in Garrison Woods for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.

My recommendation: spend a weekend in Cliff Bungalow before buying. Walk around, check out the local shops, talk to people. You'll get a feel for whether it's your vibe pretty quickly.

From my experience, for families with young kids, Sundance is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.
