This is so helpful! Mount Royal is a great choice! We've been here for 6 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active.

Been in Martindale for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.
