Based on my research, for families with young kids, Livingston is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.

If you're looking for value, the NE communities like Taradale and Martindale are actually really nice and way more affordable. Don't let the stereotypes fool you.
