For anyone dealing with seasonal depression in Calgary - the winter can be tough despite the sunshine. Light therapy lamps are a game changer. Got mine on Amazon and it's helped enormously.

Daycare costs in Calgary are coming down with the federal $10/day program but the waitlists are ridiculous. Get on the list as soon as possible - like before the kid is born. haha
