We're in Sundance and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown. But if you work from home or work in the south, it's absolutely perfect.

I'd recommend driving through Skyview Ranch at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.
