Just a heads up about Mahogany - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

From a family perspective, if you're driving Deerfoot during rush hour, my pro tip: take Barlow or Macleod as alternatives. Slightly longer distance but way less stress. Deerfoot at 5pm is basically a parking lot.
