Bro, if you're looking for value, the NE communities like Taradale and Martindale are actually really nice and way more affordable. Don't let the stereotypes fool you.

I keep an eye on CalgaryPrices to track how the market is doing. Good for getting a pulse on where things are heading.

We rent in Evanston and our landlord just raised the rent 15%. Seriously considering buying at this point. The math is starting to make more sense to own.
