Blizzaks are hands down the best winter tires I've had in Calgary. They handle the ice and packed snow way better than my old all-seasons. The difference is night and day.

Charleswood is a great choice! We've been here for 12 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active.
