Alberta Health Services wait times can be long but the quality of care in Calgary hospitals is actually really good. I've had great experiences at Foothills and South Health Campus.

The secondary suite market in Calgary is really strong. We have a legal basement suite in Erlton and the rental income covers a big chunk of our mortgage. Worth the investment for sure.
