Having lived here for a while, i'd recommend driving through Scarboro at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.

Just a heads up about Wolf Willow - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.
