UNITED STATES - Lady Gaga's bizarre requests for her Monster Ball concert tour shows between 2009 and 2011 have been leaked. The 26-year-old US diva wanted a "mannequin with puffy pink pubic hair" and for her assistant to sleep in her bed with her.
