Is -109 dBm considered a dead signal?
 

My phone (LG Nexus 4) will often display 0 bars when the signal strength is at -109 dBm. Is this considered a really bad signal? Can it go lower than this? It appears to show this a lot using the device, and I'm concerned that I might miss calls, etc. Thanks. Any replies appreciated.
