I got this email today from NCIX featuring an offer from Bell: http://source.ncix.com/eblast/Samsung-Mobile-GalaxyS3/ The 16 GB is $0 on a 3 year agreement and the 32 GB is $59.95 on a 3 year agreement. I would imagine this is because Telus got to the plate quickly with pre-orders and Bell...
