I setup my parents to use Netflix on channel 422. They are subscribed to the middle level Netflix plan ($11.99/month - HD, but not UltraHD). I'm wondering if I change the playback settings on their profile view a web browser, will that affect the streaming quality when viewed on Optik TV (channel 422)?
Assuming it does, If I choose medium, what approximate resolution should I expect? 420p? I'm worried about setting it to High or Auto, as it may go through their data caps.
