Lightbulb massage therapy

I tripped over stairs last day. Stitches and other injuries are kind of healed but my back is killing me. I thought it would cure within a month but the pain is worsening day by day. I ignored it first and now this is interrupting my daily routine. I’m fed up using painkillers and ointments every time. I’ve been experiencing gastrointestinal ulcerations because of aspirin overuse. My friend told me that massage therapy would help. She had a similar condition like mine and massage therapy saved her. I am planning to do the same. I searched about efficient chiropractic clinics in my province and took an appointment at a clinic near Toronto. It’s scheduled this week. Hope this helps. Kindly suggest some simple exercise routines that will calm the pain.
