I think that a specialized website will answer your questions better. I found an interesting article how long does the citizenship process take. Here everything is described in detail - what documents do you need, how to properly arrange them, how long it takes, and how quickly you can obtain citizenship.

To get US citizenship you need to live in the States for 5 years. So at least not before 5 years from now
