Will Rogers sell a data-only sim for not a iPad?

Can I get a data only sim for the second slot on a dual-sim smart phone from Rogers? MTS will only sell one to me for an iPad - and apparently they confirm its a iPad via the IMEI number. Sent with the HoFo App
