Addon: "Block RIM" ?

Anyone know what this means? Attachment 97045 (http://www.howardforums.com/attachme...chmentid=97045) Nonetheless, my Z10 works just fine, wonder what this addon means... I never added it on, and it appeared probably in the last two months or so.
