Default Ashley Smith inquest: former warden avoids testifying
Brinda Wilson-Demuth, the warden of Grand Valley Institution when Ashley Smith arrived there in 2007, was supposed to be on the stand all day to answer questions about her directives regarding Smith's treatment, but was spared because of health concerns.
