A1429 GSM vs. CDMA supported carriers

I was looking at this page (http://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/) on apple.com and I'm a little puzzled by this. The A1429 GSM supports bands 1,3,5. The A1429 CDMA supports bands 1,3,5 and also 13 and 25. So why isn't the A1429 CDMA compatible with all those carriers the A1429 GSM is?
