What difficulties may I have when obtaining a visa to live in the United States?

There are many reasons why the US Migration Service may deny you a residence permit or visa to this country, which would allow you to stay here for a long time. Many of these reasons can be challenged in court, but in this case, you can't do without professional help from top immigration law firm.
