Scam?

I was called by a telus employee from 1-888-811-2323 and spoke with someone from promotions and was told to call 1-647-495-8607 if I needed to follow up on my order. I also asked to have them email me the promotion and it came from Noreply@telusorders.com. Is this legitimate?
