HSPA Protection period for 3500Mhz
I'm just wondering when did the time frame start for the Protection period for 3500Mhz? I know the 6 month period has past but when is the 2 or 3 year period done? Also are carriers able to do testing outside of that protection period? I noticed in a area in Northern BC that was definitely in the...
