Bell Will Rogers' LG G2 work on Bell, and vice versa

I tried searching for this topic, but couldn't see anything previous posted. Specifically, I'm wondering if an unlocked LG G2 from Rogers work on Bell's LTE network, and vice versa. Per Rogers' site, they list the LG's LTE bands as 2100, & 2600. Outside of a couple of spots in Toronto, the 2600...
