Newly-out Olympian Gus Kenworthy teamed up with Teen Vogue's Phillip Picardi to reveal the 8 things you should never say to a gay friend in this cheeky video. 

"Why are all the hot ones gay?" and "Are you sure you're gay?" are among the cringe-inducing remarks that are off-limits for the professional freeskier, who opened up about his sexuality in a simply-worded tweet on Oct. 22 and a subsequent ESPN magazine interview.

Kenworthy, who nabbed a silver medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, is also frustrated by the tired phrase: "OMG! I love gay boys! Let's be friends." 

"If that's your opening line as to why we should be friends, I doubt it's going to work out as a friendship," he quipped.
