Wifi not working?!

For the past couple of days the wifi has not been working at all. We've reset the modem, unplugged, etc. And still nothing. All the lights that are supposed to be on are on (DSL,power,internet,etc.) and everything seems to be plugged in properly. The only reason this happened is because we called Telus for help with the slow internet and we were told to get a toothpick and press down on the reset button but after we did that the wifi stopped working completely. Someone is coming in on Tuesday to help but that's 4 days away and if anyone has any tips or a solution to this then I'd be extremely greatful. Thanks so much!
