We recently upgraded our tv to a 4K model (LG) and trying to sync the Telus 4K box remote to the tv. I get how to do it, found the code. However, the instructions say to have the box's volume on 25. The volume button does not work. I assumed it was because it was still programmed to my old tv and followed instructions to set it back to factory setting. All the lights flashed that were supposed to, entered the code (1000) and nothing. Tried to program it again just in case and still nothing. I've done it like 6 times (I hate giving up, lol). Anyone know what else I should try?
