Alberta's chief medical officer of health, Dr. Deena Hinshaw, will provide a live update on Tuesday at 2 p.m. CBC Calgary and CBC Edmonton will carry it live.*There are*no confirmed cases in Alberta of the omicron COVID-19 variant, but 156 travellers who have*returned from southern Africa in the last two weeks are being monitored, the province said Monday.
