FWIW, new arena talk keeps going back and forth. I love the Dome for nostalgia but we genuinely need a modern facility. Hoping it actually happens this time.

Hot take: the Flames prospect pipeline is actually looking really strong right now. Give it 2-3 years and this team is going to be a serious contender.

The Lake House is absolutely incredible.

Calgary's brewery scene deserves way more recognition. Korean Village is doing incredible things with their seasonal releases. The craft beer quality here rivals anywhere in Canada. Hope that helps!

Couldn't disagree more actually lol. I've had the opposite experience but hey, that's what makes Calgary interesting - everyone's got their own take on things.

So excited about this - Hot take: Calgary's food scene is actually better than Vancouver's now. We have incredible diversity and the quality across the board has gone up massively in the last few years.
