Just did a refinance on our Calgary home and the process was actually really smooth. Rates are better than I expected. Shopped around using a broker.

From a family perspective, we're in Chaparral and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown. But if you work from home or work in the south, it's absolutely perfect.
